Packaging
Apparel will be sealed within poly bags in addition to the outer poly shipping bag that they will be sent in. This is to minimize any potential damage that may arise from transit.
Stickers will be shipped through standard letter shipping using an inner protective layer to prevent damage or bending of the stickers in transit.
Order Processing
In-stock orders will be processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
At this time, we are not handling any pre-order items and are only selling in-stock items.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, shipping method and destination of the order. Please confirm all shipping details at checkout before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are all estimates based on the type of shipping chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for any order delays incurred due to shipping. If you suspect that your item may have been lost please reference our Refund Policy for further details.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please give up to 48 hours after shipping confirmation for orders to be properly added to the shipping carrier's system.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may incur additional costs due to customs duties, taxes and import fees depending on the destination country. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local country's customs office for details on any potential charges.
Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a real accurate shipping address for orders. Ota Merch is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect or false addresses provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the appropriate shipping provider if they suspect that an error has been made on their shipping address.
