Refund policy
All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. For any questions you might have or for inquires on exchanges, damaged or lost goods please don't hesitate to contact us at otamerchstore@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Clothing exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your item as long as it has not been used or washed. An additional shipping charge will be added for exchanges. If an exchange is requested and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will send out the replacement item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or stolen goods
In the case of lost or stolen goods please check the tracking on your item first to ensure that the item was marked as fully delivered. If the delivery was completed then check around your shipping location such as front gates, your mailbox or back doors to ensure that the item was not delivered. If your item has been truly lost then please contact us to submit a claim with order and tracking information. We will send you an identical replacement one time at no additional cost.
